Help My Aunt Nancy Sell Her Crap! :)
Well, it's not really Crap - I just thought that would get your attention - LOL!
I'm helping my Aunt Nancy clear out a bunch of her collectibles and stuff, so check them out!
I'm in the process of listing over 50 Vintage PRECIOUS MOMENTS collectible figurines, ornaments and plates on Ebay, which you can find by going to http://myworld.ebay.com/mikenmelody92 Scroll down the left and click on Items for Sale. I have them for sale as an entire collection on www.atascocita.com in the Classifieds, and will have them listed at kingwoodyardsales.com also. They're easily worth over $750.00, but she's selling them for $400.00 or best offer.
She's got a set of Noritake Stoneware dishes, Sierra Twilight pattern, for sale also. 8 dinner plates, 8 salad plates, 8 cups, and 8 bowls. They come with 5 smoke colored glass stemmed wine glasses and 5 stemmed water glasses. These retailed for well over $600.00 all together, and she's asking $250.00 OBO. These are listed on atascocita.com and will be listed on kingwoodyardsales.com also. The only flaws that I can find: One dinner plate has a small chip underneath it, and one of the bowls has a larger chip on the side. These are easily replaced at a site such as replacementsltd.com or some other such site. But they still look great & have tons of life left in them if you don't care to replace those 2 pieces.
Plus, she's selling a Singer Stylist 834 Sewing Machine for $25.00 OBO, as well as a stereo system for $50.00 OBO. The stereo system includes JVC cassette player, Hartman/Karman FL 8300 CD Player, Yamaha Stereo Receiver RX-496 and Infinity speakers.

I'm so excited about these new pendants I'm making! They're all silver with either a silver & bead flower or a fleur de lis charm on the back, so they look cute even if they flip while being worn.

I just love them and am having so much fun making them out of silver, jade and glass beads, etc...
I've priced them from $40 to $48, depending on my cost of supplies, so they're very reasonably priced for Christmas gifts, for other holiday gifts, or to treat yourself ;)
I can't wait to get my hands on some more cross pendants so I can get back to work - these have really inspired me and gotten my creative juices flowing.

I think I've only stepped into 1 brick & mortar store this year for Christmas shopping!
I think this is a record for me...I think I've only stepped into 1 actual real-life store this year for Christmas shopping...and that was Kohls. Everything else I've purchased on-line, particularly from Etsy. Talk about so much easier...no stress, no lines, no pushy people. The only stressful moment that I've had so far was last night when a package was delivered by UPS, and it looked like the Jolly Green Giant had jumped up & down on it a few times! No wonder the UPS driver practically tossed it & ran before we could make it to the door! I would've had a few choice words for him! GGRRR....But other than that, no problemo. This is the way to go, peeps.
'Cuz you know what? I think online shopping has really slowed down my usual "One for you, one for me, Two for you, Two for me" shopping that I normally do! :)
So far so good. I found our 2 middle (Dirty Santa) gifts on Etsy, as well as our 2 White Elephant gifts. They're crazy funny! Thanks to Ebay, Amazon, Etsy, Walmart.com, and Bestbuy, I'm good to go. Just got a few more things to find & I'm done!
The only store I plan on visiting between now & Christmas is the Liquor store - WooHoo!
But now, it's time to start wrapping, and I'll be doing that with a lot of newspaper & other recycled paper and boxes. Plus the boxes I learned how to make in the video that's posted here on my blog. Make gift boxes out of scrap paper! Yay!
